Since we do not know what part you produce, we are not supposed to give advice. But normally overdosage of ESO can cause plate-out problem, bad tranparency and printability.

Yes, you can. But the point is you have to carefully choose the appropiate Tin stabilizers which are applicable to medical products for Tin stabilizer contains some toxic substances.
